MSC Voyagers Club is the Loyalty Program dedicated to MSC Cruises guests. It is MSC Cruises’ way of rewarding its most loyal customers.
Members of the MSC Voyagers Club are entitled to a set of privileges both ashore and on board. The more cruises you take, the more points you'll earn and the higher your MSC Voyagers Club membership level will be.
You can earn points based on the type of MSC Experience you choose (Bella, Fantastica, Aurea) or the MSC Yacht Club, the length of your cruise, and on board services you book before your cruise (MSC Voyagers Club members earn 100 points for every €150 spent before the cruise on MSC Cruises packages/services related to the cruise booked*).

You can register:
- Using the MSC Sign Up form on MSC Website
- By accessing your MSC Account in your private area
- During the Web Check-In.
- On board: you can apply for membership by contacting Reception-Guest Service and/or MSC Voyagers Club Infopoint.
Yes, MSC Voyagers Club membership is open to all ages with no limits. However, for under 18, subscription can only be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

There are 6 levels of MSC Voyagers Club membership:
- Welcome membership: 0 points.
- Classic membership: from 1 to 2,199 points.
- Silver membership: from 2,200 to 4,299 points.
- Gold membership: from 4,300 to 9,999 points.
- Diamond membership: from 10,000 to 24,999 points.
- Blue Diamond membership: 25.000+ points.

You can easily find your MSC Voyagers club points by accessing your MSC Account.
Your MSC Voyagers Club number is accessible through your MSC Account. You can also find your MSC Voyagers Club number in the email you receive when you subscribe to the MSC Voyagers Club, on the Cruise Card which you will receive at embarkation (the Cruise Card is the key to your cabin and it is also your on board payment method) and in your cruise e-ticket.
Your membership card corresponds with your cruise card delivered on the first day of your cruise. The cruise card is the key to your cabin and it is also your onboard
payment method. Every guest will receive a cruise card.
MSC Voyagers Exclusives is a dedicated programme for MSC Voyagers Club Members. The programme gives the opportunity to gain additional discounts, extra points and an onboard credit on a selection of departures! (World Cruises Excluded).
Voyagers Exclusives benefits:
- Book over 12 months early for an extra +5% discount and double points.
- Book your cruise 9 months before and take advantage of an extra +5% discount.
- Silver, Gold, Diamond and Blue Diamond members receive an additional €50 onboard credit per person when booking more than 12 months in advance.
